At Uniforms Outlet, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used or damaged. For orders over $250, there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Customized and tailored items are not eligible for return.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If returns coverage was purchased at time of checkout, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we have received the returned item.
